Just make a payment with the PayPal button below. In the text field just include your state and your level EMT, EMTi, Medic, FF1 etc.
Once we have received your payment, You will get a detailed email for all of your information. We prefer to do it this way so that
you talk to a real person and the certificate is made the way you want. Once the certificate is "built," You will receive an email
proof for review. Changes can then be made and the proof resent. Once you are satisfied with the end result, it will be printed.
It takes about a week for shipment once the product is ordered. There will be no surprises...you will know what it will
